We are seeking a highly skilled Relief Pharmacist to join our team at Superdrug. As a Relief Pharmacist, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional patient care and exceeding targets in our community pharmacies.
Key Responsibilities- Support the delivery of great service, stock control, operational, and GPhC standards in our pharmacies.
- Work closely with the Regional Healthcare Manager to achieve business objectives and improve patient outcomes.
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize profit through the achievement of targets.
- Provide leadership and coaching to pharmacy teams to ensure exceptional service delivery.
- Must be a GPhC qualified pharmacist with a passion for delivering exceptional patient care.
- Preferably with experience of working in a community pharmacy environment.
- Strong understanding of NHS pharmacy funding and commercial principles.
- Full driving license to cover multiple stores.
