Job Title:

International Sales Executive

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced International Sales Executive to join our team at Adept Resourcing Group. As a key player in our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth in European markets, targeting B2B clients across various sectors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities across European markets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with B2B clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
  • Work closely with internal teams, including marketing and product development, to align sales strategies with market needs.
  • Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
Requirements:
  • Fluency in one or more European languages (e.g., French, German, Spanish, Italian, etc.) is essential.
  • Proven experience in B2B sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Sales and/or marketing background with an understanding of the European business environment.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Strong business acumen and the ability to understand customer needs.
