About the Role

Cyber Talent Limited is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Training Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our training team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training services to our customers, partners, and internal colleagues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Training Delivery: Deliver internal training to staff within the company, one-to-one or in groups, on product awareness and in-depth learning about current features, as well as information about product enhancements.
  • Training Content Creation: Prepare and complete online modular training material for our range of products and services, including PowerPoint slides, how-to videos, tests, and course plans.
  • Training Materials Development: Create and update training materials to support the activities above, including tests, exams, and course plans.
  • Collaboration with Other Teams: Assist other teams with the creation of materials in support of product demonstration, documentation, and marketing activities.
  • Training Certification: Create levels of training certification for external customers and partners, with appropriate training classes and levels of progression.
  • Training Records Management: Maintain and update training records to track course attendance.
  • Training Feedback and Improvement: Regularly gather and review training feedback and identify areas for improvement, including training delivered in person and through our Learning Management System.
  • Training Enablement: Empower other staff to deliver training relevant to their skill set and role.
Requirements
  • Education: Ideally educated to degree level with a strong Computer Information Systems and Information Technology competence.
  • Technical Skills: Fast learner of new technology and software applications, good understanding of software development skills and methodologies, and ability to collaborate with senior colleagues to ensure that the training delivered is appropriate in content and style.
  • Experience: Experience working with external customers delivering bespoke product training, experience interfacing with internal teams, such as Development, Product Management, and Customer Support, and knowledge of Microsoft and Apple Operating Systems.
  • Desirable Skills: Understanding and practical hands-on experience with SQL Server and SQL query language, scripting language experience (JavaScript, PowerShell, and SQL), and understanding of Networking and ability to troubleshoot network issues.
