This role involves providing psychological support under the guidance of qualified psychologists within a collaborative Multi-Disciplinary Team. The successful candidate will engage in specialized psychological evaluations, treatment planning, and intervention delivery, ensuring adherence to professional standards and departmental protocols.
Key Responsibilities- Psychological Assessment: Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments utilizing a variety of data sources, including psychological tests, self-report measures, and structured interviews.
- Intervention Implementation: Assist in the execution of psychological treatment plans, both individually and in group settings, under the supervision of qualified professionals.
- Research and Development: Employ research skills to contribute to audits, policy formulation, and service enhancement initiatives.
- Outcome Measurement: Support the evaluation of treatment effectiveness using appropriate metrics and adapt interventions based on client feedback and progress.
- Best Practice Adherence: Uphold best practice guidelines and relevant health directives in the delivery of psychological services.
- Risk Assessment Participation: Engage in the risk assessment process by collecting and organizing pertinent information.
