Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Quantity Surveyor to join our team at Revorec Recruitment Solutions Ltd. As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating projects from start to finish, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate projects, including defence, medical, and public infrastructure projects
  • Work closely with clients to understand their needs and deliver projects that meet their expectations
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders
  • Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure projects are progressing as planned
  • Prepare and submit reports, proposals, and other documentation as required

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in a similar role
  • Strong knowledge of construction and project management principles
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
