Nurse Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our clinical team at Chestnut Tree House, a children's hospice providing specialist palliative care for children and young people with life-limiting conditions.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to our patients and their families, working collaboratively with our multi-disciplinary team to provide short respite breaks and end-of-life care.
With a focus on excellence and innovation, we offer a comprehensive development and preceptorship programme, as well as in-house training to support staff in achieving clinical skills.
