Position: Duty Manager

This position calls for a collaborative individual with a dynamic approach and commercial insight, as well as the enthusiasm and resolve to assist in advancing the business alongside the General Manager.

We seek a leader who possesses the expertise to uphold and enhance the standards and reputation of our establishment while fostering a growing membership and team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the daily operations of the gym.
  • Assume the duties of the General Manager during their absence.
  • Drive and enhance the commercial success of the facility.
  • Ensure operational excellence throughout the club.
  • Achieve established KPIs.
  • Assist in recruiting, training, and developing a successful team.
Ideal Candidate:
  • Experience in a management role within the leisure or fitness industry is essential.
  • A passion for customer service and the ability to inspire through effective management.
  • Must hold at least a Level 2 Gym Instructor qualification.
  • Proven track record in driving sales and coordinating local marketing initiatives while managing a successful team.
  • Experience as an Assistant Manager or substantial experience in a Fitness Manager role or similar operational capacity is preferred.
