Job Summary

Moss Side Medical Centre is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Salaried GP to join our team. As a Salaried GP, you will be responsible for providing high-quality medical services to our patients, working collaboratively with our Partners and GP Trainees to deliver excellent patient care.

Main Responsibilities
  • Deliver highly effective medical care to patients, adhering to GMC standards and best practice.
  • Supervise GP Trainees, providing guidance and support to help them develop their clinical skills.
  • Manage patients with long-term conditions and those requiring palliative care, ensuring their needs are met and their quality of life is improved.
  • Contribute to the successful implementation of continuous improvement and quality initiatives within the practice.
  • Attend and contribute effectively to practice meetings, ensuring that all team members are informed and aligned with practice goals.
Requirements
  • Essential:
    • Working within General Practice.
    • Clinical Supervision of GP Trainees.
  • Qualifications:
    • GMC Registered General Practitioner.
    • North West Wider Workforce Clinical Supervisor Course - RCGP Accredited.
  • Behaviours:
    • Ability to provide excellent quality care.
    • Team player.
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Flexible.
    • Innovative.
