Fire Contracts Manager

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Fire Contracts Manager to join RGE Services Ltd, a leading fire and security company in the South East of England.
Job RoleTo manage the effective day-to-day management of contracts, ensuring reactive and planned preventative maintenance (PPM) service delivery meets client expectations.
To lead, support, and develop a team to achieve the highest professional standards, promoting excellent customer service and collaboration with clients.
To manage accurate pricing, from quotations to invoicing, and ensure all Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are measured and delivered as agreed.
To take responsibility for procurement of materials required for contracts and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
To supervise and train less experienced supervisors and engineers, promoting best practices and professional development.
Skill Set and ExperienceA minimum of three years' experience in contract management, preferably in delivering services to the public sector.
Strong knowledge of fire safety regulations, FIA, and BAFE qualifications are highly desirable.
Computer literacy in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word, with good presentation, leadership, and management skills.
