Job Title: Vehicle Damage Assessor
About the Role:
Ingenia Resourcing & Recruitment Ltd is seeking a highly experienced Vehicle Damage Assessor to join our team. As a Vehicle Damage Assessor, you will be responsible for assessing vehicle damage and preparing computerised estimates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess vehicle damage and determine the extent of repairs required.
- Prepare computerised estimates for repairs, including labour and parts costs.
- Negotiate with insurance engineers to ensure accurate and fair claims processing.
- Presentation and sales of additional repairs to customers, highlighting the benefits of additional work.
- Deal with customer queries and provide excellent customer service.
Requirements:
- Extensive experience in estimating and vehicle damage assessment.
- Strong knowledge of Audatex and other estimating systems.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
