Chief Technology Officer Role

The Chief Technology Officer will play a critical role in defining and implementing a forward-thinking technology strategy aligned with our vision and goals. This will involve:

  • Technology Strategy: Developing and implementing a technology strategy that drives innovation and business growth, ensuring we remain at the forefront of fintech innovation.
  • Team Leadership: Leading, mentoring, and developing the engineering and IT teams to deliver high-quality software solutions and support our growth.
  • Innovation & Growth: Identifying and integrating new technologies to drive innovation and business growth, keeping us ahead of industry trends.
  • Collaboration: Collaborating with Engineering, DevOps, and QA teams to release and deploy quality cycles, ensuring all technology practices comply with regulatory standards and best practices.
  • Risk Management: Overseeing cybersecurity measures, data protection, and IT infrastructure to minimize risks and ensure operational continuity.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree: A degree in a technology-related field is required.
