We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Site Manager to join our team at Vistry Group. As a Senior Site Manager, you will play a critical role in the delivery of our construction projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in the control and delivery of construction projects to meet customer specifications, including safety, quality, time, and cost.
- Supervise the day-to-day delivery of construction projects, including quality, time, procurement, and contractors.
- Ensure that detailed plans are followed, and materials/resources/supply chain can be delivered to meet the overall project plan.
- Communicate project issues/risks to the site team to ensure they are fully aware of project progress and notified of all financial, specification, and time risks.
- Embrace learning and development opportunities, help to identify opportunities for improvement, and promote sustainable practices relevant to the role.
- Experience working on new build projects, particularly bespoke builds with natural materials.
- Experience in the management of Health and Safety, including a valid SMSTS Certificate and First Aid at Work Certificate.
- CSCS Card and NVQ Level 3-4 BTEC diploma in Building Construction or similar.
- Valid Scaffold Inspection certificate and LOLER certificate.
- Qualified to the required CIOB Grade applicable at the time in accordance with group policy.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Project, and Asta Team plan.
