Position Overview:
We are looking for a Facilities Maintenance Technician to become an integral part of our team, reporting directly to the General Manager. In this position, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a safe and well-maintained environment for residents, staff, and visitors alike. Your responsibilities will encompass performing minor repairs, overseeing the boiler house and waste management areas, and ensuring adherence to all regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Efficiently complete minor repairs and maintenance audits
