Job Opportunity

The Music Market, a leading talent management company, is seeking a skilled Junior Designer, Marketing to join their dynamic marketing division in central London. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for creating innovative graphic design marketing assets for live shows, TV productions, and other key business areas.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement creative marketing strategies to advance the goals of high-profile accounts
• Design and produce graphic design marketing assets, from conception to execution
• Collaborate with talent and talent managers to develop content for press and marketing campaigns
• Reversion and optimize approved artwork for multiple print and digital derivatives
• Assist with the creation of marketing decks for the global Sales/Distribution team
• Contribute to the production of promotional video content, including ideation, editing, and optimization for social media
• Assist with planning and production of video shoots with talent alongside the Creative team
• Edit promotional videos as needed

Requirements:

• Strong creative skills for developing concepts for campaigns
• Up-to-date awareness of existing trends in advertising and graphic design
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and relevant graphic design software
• Genuine enthusiasm for comedy, arts, and live entertainment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Confident presentation skills when pitching ideas to talent or talent managers
• Ability to remain open to ideas and maintain a clear creative vision
• Good interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with Premiere Pro video software is a plus
