We are seeking a skilled Factory Compounder to join our team at Fore Street Employment Agency Ltd. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for manufacturing fragrance batches in a safe, accurate, and timely manner.
Main Responsibilities- Manufacture fragrance batches in accordance with established procedures and quality standards.
- Replenish stocks and supplies as required to ensure smooth production operations.
- Fill finished batches into final packaging for distribution.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of production processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- 5 years of experience in compounding or dispensary work.
- Proven experience in handling chemical materials.
- Current forklift/counterbalance license.
- Accurate and organized individual with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Flexible approach with a willingness to take on additional responsibilities.
