The company is a global supplier of high-quality products, with sites across the world. They are part of a major aerospace manufacturing group, with a site spanning over 200,000 sq feet. The facility boasts superb manufacturing capabilities, ensuring the highest possible standards are achieved.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Provide electrical and mechanical maintenance to a range of CNC, manual, and automated machinery, as well as ancillary plant.
  2. Perform reactive breakdown maintenance to minimize machine downtimes.
  3. Carry out electrical repairs to motors, control panels, wiring, relays, contactors, switches, and bulbs.
  4. Conduct PLC fault finding and interrogation.
  5. Comply with legal requirements and work within company health and safety guidelines.
  6. Support the maintenance manager in facilitating the in-house CMMS.
Requirements:
  1. Multi-skilled engineer with experience in electrical and mechanical maintenance.
  2. Ability to fault find and interrogate PLCs.
  3. Understanding and interpretation of electrical drawings and schematics.
  4. Strong background in CNC machine maintenance and servicing.
Working Hours and Benefits:

Working hours are 37 hours per week, rotating morning, afternoon, and night shifts, Monday to Friday (with a 5-hour shift finish every Friday).

The company offers a competitive salary of £46-£51K, depending on experience, as well as:
