About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Administrator to join our team at Bestfood Logistics. As a key member of our warehouse department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our inventory management and order fulfillment processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process customer order documentation efficiently and accurately
  • Work closely with the voice management console to release orders for picking
  • Monitor and print alerts created
  • Liaise with customer service and action cancellations, TFTs, and other customer requests
  • Amend orders due to stock shortages using Minster
  • Print invoices for next-day deliveries and liaise with the transport department
  • Communicate warehouse functions with Warehouse Managers and Supervisors
  • Enter pick volumes onto spreadsheets and record chamber temperature logs
  • Provide additional administration support to the warehouse department
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need excellent PC skills, a telephone manner, and be educated to GCSE level. You should be numerate, literate, and highly organized. Although previous experience in operating equipment is advantageous, full training will be provided.
