Head of Digital Portfolio

At Symmetry Search & Staffing Solutions, we are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our digital portfolio as a Head of Digital Portfolio. This is a unique opportunity to join our dynamic Change function at the beginning of an exciting growth phase in a highly visible and strategic role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the entire digital portfolio, ensuring that digital initiatives and projects align with the company's strategic objectives, meet market demands, and drive overall business growth.
  • Work cross-functionally with Product Managers, Marketing, Sales, Engineering, and act as a strategic partner to the C-suite, while ensuring all digital initiatives and projects in the portfolio comply with relevant regulations, standards, and ethical guidelines.
  • Lead digital transformation initiatives, leveraging expertise in strategic planning, resource allocation, and risk management to drive business growth.
  • Develop and implement innovative processes designed around creating an exceptional customer experience, with a strong focus on digital customer experience.
  • Collaborate with C-suite to drive alignment across different departments and lead cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience successfully managing and optimising digital projects & portfolios.
  • Good knowledge of Wealth Management products.
  • Hands-on experience leading digital transformation initiatives.
  • Excellent understanding of digital customer experience.
  • Strong experience in strategic planning, resource allocation, and risk management.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive alignment across different departments.
  • Experienced in working within Agile methodology environments such as SAFe.
  • Strategic mindset, with proven exposure collaborating with C-suite.

This is a 9-month fixed term role, based flexibly from Swindon, offering a basic salary of between £80,000 – 90,000 (pro rata) + excellent benefits package. If interested in the above opportunity, please share if you require any adjustments to be made in our communication methods.
