We are seeking an experienced Credit Controller to join our busy Finance Department at CCL Logistics with Technology.

The Role

Credit control is a critical component of a well-managed business, ensuring that revenue and credit owed to the company is paid in a timely and accurate manner. You will assess and manage business credit risk by thoroughly vetting new customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work alongside the finance team to assist with queries and the collection of outstanding debts
  • Ensure all outstanding accounts are chased appropriately
  • Produce and complete weekly credit control reports
  • Maintain precise business records in accordance with company protocols
  • Accurately update all internal systems
  • Create or support the creation of daily/weekly/monthly reports
  • Perform other ad hoc duties as required
Requirements
  • Experience using Sage accounts package (or similar)
  • Good working knowledge of Excel
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Numerically sound
  • Excellent communication skills – both written and oral
  • Ability to build and maintain good working relationships
  • Great team player
