Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for processing account amendments, dealing with customer enquiries, and utilizing their knowledge of Academy systems & EDMS to effectively manage recovery operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process account amendments and manage customer interactions
  • Utilize knowledge of Academy systems & EDMS to support recovery operations
  • Experience of business rates is desirable but not essential
Requirements:
  • Valid and clear DBS check required
  • Experience of recovery for council tax
What We Offer:

Competitive hourly rate of £25 (umbrella) or £19.23 (PAYE)

37 hours per week, Monday to Friday

Hybrid working options available

Temporary role until end of October, with potential for extension
