Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Diagnostic Engineer to join our team at Continental, a leading luxury performance Automotive OEM. As a Diagnostic Engineer, you will play a key role in the development of diagnostic tools and systems for our vehicles.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer expectations and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
- Responsible for vehicle data acquisition and management.
- Install, test, and monitor vehicle data logs.
- Track and retrieve logs, and create datalogger configurations.
- Report plans, results, and defects in weekly meetings.
- Perform system and module integration testing on vehicles.
- Support root cause investigations and software development.
- Work with customer test teams to plan and execute software validation.
- Issue software release documentations to customers.
- Provide on-site or remote support to engineering teams.
Requirements
- Knowledge of vehicle networks, electrical systems, and architectures.
- Experience with Vector tools, CANoe/CANape.
- Experience working with electrified vehicles.
- Engineering experience with automotive or similar products.
- Knowledge of vehicle dataloggers GIN/TTTech.
- Knowledge of relevant industry standards, processes, and rules.
- Experience in risk management, problem resolution, and escalation.
- Effective communication and customer relationship management.
- Knowledge of Continental and its environment.
