Key Responsibilities:
As a Senior Building Consultant, you will be instrumental in providing top-notch consultancy services across various sectors, including commercial, residential, and public infrastructure projects.

  • Conduct comprehensive building evaluations, inspections, and assessments to identify issues, required repairs, and overall structural integrity.
  • Offer expert guidance on building legislation, safety protocols, and environmental factors.
  • Oversee project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure efficient delivery.
  • Engage with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth project execution.
  • Guide and mentor junior consultants, fostering a culture of ongoing learning and professional growth.


Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you should possess:

  • Demonstrated experience in building consultancy, ideally within a consultancy setting.
  • A thorough understanding of UK building legislation and construction standards.
  • Strong project management capabilities with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.


What We Offer:
For the Senior Building Consultant position, we provide:

  • A competitive salary ranging from £47,500 to £55,000, based on experience and professional qualifications.
  • 25 days of annual leave in addition to public holidays, with options to buy or sell leave.
