As a Project Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for the commercial delivery of refurbishment projects up to £10 million. Working closely with your experienced site team, your key role will be to protect the commercial interests of our client at all stages of their projects.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee an efficient procurement process
- Attract suitably qualified subcontractors
- Commercially manage a large self-delivery capability onsite
- Ensure accurate and timely reporting is compiled and delivered to senior management
Our client is seeking a qualified quantity surveyor with experience of working on refurbishment projects previously. You will have been commercially involved in the management of large direct labour forces previously and understand how to manage commercial risk on complex refurbishment projects.
