In this role, you will report to the Food & Beverage Manager and work at one of England's historic estates, renowned for its rich heritage.

Experience the beauty of the estate, including its gardens and recreational areas, along with our delightful cafes that serve locally sourced treats.

Your primary responsibility will be in the kitchen, a vibrant and innovative environment. Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize our National Trust Cookbook to create exquisite dishes from fresh, seasonal produce.
  • Serve your culinary creations directly to our visitors.
  • Foster a supportive workplace by demonstrating empathy and assisting team members as needed.
  • Uphold rigorous standards of food safety and hygiene to ensure the well-being of all.

We will provide you with a comprehensive induction tailored to your role, along with training in food safety and allergen management, plus ongoing mentorship to support your development.

Candidate Profile: We seek individuals with experience as a chef or cook, who possess a genuine passion for food and a positive demeanor.
