Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Contracts Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing contracts, ensuring efficient project delivery, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Contract Management: Manage contracts from inception to completion, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Project Coordination: Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Budget Management: Formulate cost plans, manage budgets, and collaborate with teams to maximize value and profit.
  • Customer Relationship: Maintain positive collaboration with clients and internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Quality Assurance: Work with the Quality Manager to review and implement quality plans for each project.
  • Health & Safety: Oversee the issuance of O&M manuals and ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
Requirements:
  • Education: Degree, HND, BTEC, or similar in a relevant field.
  • Experience: Minimum of five years of progressive responsibility in construction project and contract management roles.
  • Skills: Excellent organizational, time-management, communication, and negotiation skills. Proficiency in MS Office and construction/project management software.
