Job Opportunity: Community Safety Team Leader

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our Community Safety team as a Team Leader. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of Community Wardens and contributing to the development and implementation of community safety initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of Community Wardens to deliver community safety services and initiatives
  • Develop and implement community safety strategies and plans
  • Work with stakeholders to build partnerships and collaborations
  • Manage and maintain accurate records and reports
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures

Requirements:

  • Experience in community safety, enforcement, or a related field
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Management experience and ability to lead a team
  • Financial management knowledge and skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
