Job Description

Are you a detail-oriented, analytical professional with a background in Financial Services?

We are seeking a skilled analyst to join our team at Flair for Recruitment. As a Financial Services Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for processing operational tasks, managing cash and asset flows, and maintaining ownership of requests until resolution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process operational tasks such as transfers and cash payments across various investment wrappers (ISAs, JISAs, GIAs, and Pensions)
  • Manage cash and asset flows using internal and external transfer and payment systems
  • Maintain ownership of requests until resolution, ensuring compliance with agreed SLA's
  • Identify and resolve technical issues using Python scripts and collaborative applications, while adapting to evolving business needs
