We are seeking an experienced Deputy Nursery Manager to join our team at Blom and Blom, a reputable independent children's day nursery in Burgess Hill. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and dedicated individual to take the next step in their career.

About the Role

As a Deputy Nursery Manager, you will be responsible for providing ongoing support, development, and progression opportunities for our staff. You will work closely with the management team to ensure the smooth operation of the nursery, maintaining high standards of care and education for our children.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the management team in the day-to-day operation of the nursery
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the highest standards of care and education
  • Lead and motivate a team of staff to achieve their full potential
  • Contribute to the development of the nursery's strategic plan

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent leadership and management skills
