Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with their daily lives, promoting their independence, and empowering them to reach their full potential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide person-centred support to individuals, promoting their independence and well-being
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as personal care, meal preparation, and household chores
  • Support individuals to access community resources and services
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with individuals, their families, and other stakeholders
  • Contribute to a safe and supportive environment, promoting the health and well-being of individuals
