We're seeking a skilled Barista to join our team in Dartford, where you'll be responsible for crafting high-quality drinks and providing exceptional customer service. As a Barista, you'll be part of a dynamic team that's passionate about delivering outstanding experiences to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare and serve a variety of specialty drinks, including coffee, tea, and hot chocolate
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the bar area and surrounding environment
- Process payments and handle customer transactions efficiently and accurately
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and menu offerings to provide informed recommendations to customers
- Previous experience as a Barista or in a customer-facing role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
- Knowledge of coffee preparation methods and techniques
- Availability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and weekends
