Senior Negotiator/Assistant Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Negotiator/Assistant Manager to join our high-performing team at Nouvo Recruitment London. As a key member of our estate agency, you will be responsible for negotiating offers between buyers and sellers, assessing clients' needs, and promoting properties through various mediums.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Meet with clients to discuss their property needs and preferences
  • Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers to achieve mutually beneficial agreements
  • Assess buyers' and sellers' particular needs to provide tailored solutions
  • Respond to queries via email and telephone in a timely and professional manner
  • Promote properties through various mediums to attract potential buyers
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in estate agency at Sales or Senior Sales level, with local knowledge preferred
  • Target-driven with a proven track record in achieving targets
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Well-spoken and presented, with outstanding organisational skills
What We Offer:
  • Competitive salary package and benefits, including a basic salary of £22,000 and a £3,000 car allowance
