Community Psychiatric Nurse Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Community Psychiatric Nurse to join our multi-disciplinary team in delivering high-quality care to patients in the community.
As a key member of our team, you will work closely with other healthcare professionals to provide recovery-focused interventions, support clinics, therapy, and group interventions.
You will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge through regular personal development sessions and receive regular support and supervision from our team lead.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver recovery-focused interventions in the community
- Work closely with other healthcare professionals to provide high-quality care
- Support clinics, therapy, and group interventions
- Develop and implement care plans in collaboration with patients and their families
- Contribute to the development of the team and service
