**Job Summary**

Eden Scott is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Paraplanner (Pensions Management). As a key member of our financial planning team, you will provide essential support to our financial advisers through technical research and report writing.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Conduct thorough research and analysis to support financial advisers in providing holistic independent financial advice to clients.
  • Prepare and present technical reports and recommendations to support financial planning decisions.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments, regulations, and best practices to ensure compliance and excellence in service delivery.
  • Collaborate with the management team to contribute to the company's growth strategy and direction.

**Requirements:**

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in financial planning, wealth management, or a related field, providing support to financial advisers.
  • Diploma qualification in a relevant field or close to obtaining.
  • Strong software, IT skills, and back-office experience, with a keen eye for detail and ability to work inline with FCA legislation and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
