Work Schedule:
Rotating shifts from Sunday to Thursday or Tuesday to Saturday, with hours from 6am to 2pm and 2pm to 10pm.

Key Responsibilities:
- Daily utilization of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) such as SAP.
- Coordination of documentation for incoming shipments.
- Monitoring and tracking of incoming freight containers.
- Addressing customer inquiries through Microsoft Outlook.

Required Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 applications, especially Outlook, Teams, and Excel.
- Strong experience in Excel is essential.
- Familiarity with SAP/Alcib is highly advantageous.
