Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Solicitor to join our client's in-house legal team on a permanent basis. As a Construction Solicitor, you will be responsible for a varied caseload of non-contentious construction law matters from a range of projects.
About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to join a global construction company as a Construction Solicitor. You will be working on a wide range of contractual documentation, including collateral warranties, framework agreements, and joint venture agreements. Your role will also involve providing legal advice across the business, working with external solicitors, and assisting with training and know-how within the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and negotiate contractual documentation with clients, sub-contractors, and consultants relating to construction law.
- Provide legal advice across the business on construction matters.
- Work with external solicitors to deliver projects.
- Assist with training and know-how within the business.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in construction law and experience working in-house. You will also need to be able to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
