Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Regeneration Project Manager to join our team at Marks Consulting Partners.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the procurement process and aiding with Compulsory Purchase Orders (CPOs), early concept development, and land acquisition on a health regeneration project.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the regeneration project team to achieve project objectives
  • Develop and implement effective procurement strategies
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to secure land and resources
  • Manage CPOs and procurement processes
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

Requirements

  • Proven experience in regeneration and project management
  • Commercial focus with expertise in town centre regeneration
  • Public sector experience preferred but not essential
  • Strong understanding of CPOs, procurement, and contract management
  • Experience with health projects is a bonus

What We Offer

A 3-month contract with the possibility of extension, flexible day rate, and hybrid working arrangement.
