The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in customizing project management frameworks, demonstrating an Agile approach and methodology, along with exceptional communication abilities.

We are in search of an individual with proven stakeholder management expertise, who has experience in a large PMO environment and recognizes the significance of a Centre of Excellence.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing stakeholder relationships effectively
  • Defining the characteristics of a Centre of Excellence for PMO functions, including the development of change management frameworks and maintaining standards and best practice documentation.

Required qualifications:

  • Extensive and recent experience in a PMO leadership role
  • Background in large PMO teams with an understanding of Centre of Excellence principles
  • Strong experience with Agile methodologies
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, etc.)
  • Excellent stakeholder management capabilities
  • Robust risk and issue management skills
  • Experience in process improvement and implementation
  • Familiarity with highly regulated sectors, particularly in financial services, is preferred
