About the Role

The successful candidate will undertake a diverse caseload of Contentious Probate and Trusts matters, including Contesting the Validity of Wills, Inheritance Act Disputes, Trustee Disputes, and Estate Disputes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Dealing with a range of commercial and civil disputes, insolvency matters, property litigation, and commercial debt recovery.
  • Acting on behalf of businesses and individuals on a wide and varied range of civil and general commercial disputes.
  • Receiving and responding to requests for legal advice from current and potential clients and other colleagues, providing high-quality, practical advice, taking into account both technical and commercial considerations.
  • Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage a caseload of complex matters and meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
