About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our pastoral team, supporting the well-being of students across various age groups.

Reporting to the Senior Leadership Team, Heads of Year, and Pastoral Support Managers, you will play a vital role in addressing the diverse needs of our student population. Your responsibilities will encompass providing support during break and lunch times, as well as overseeing individual students or small groups.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assisting with the daily pastoral care of students.
  • Providing guidance and support to students during break and lunch times.
  • Working collaboratively with staff to address student concerns and needs.
  • Contributing to a positive and supportive school environment.
