Job Title: Adult Clinical Psychologist

Pertemps Medical Professionals is seeking a qualified and experienced Clinical Psychologist to support our client in North Powys. The successful candidate will provide therapy to patients under the care of the Older Adults Community Mental Health Team (OACMHT).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality therapy services to patients with complex mental health needs.
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement treatment plans.
  • Conduct assessments, formulate diagnoses, and develop treatment plans in accordance with best practice guidelines.
  • Deliver evidence-based interventions to patients, including individual and group therapy sessions.
  • Monitor patient progress, adjust treatment plans as needed, and maintain accurate records.
Requirements:
  • HCPC registration as a Clinical Psychologist.
  • Previous experience working with older adults, preferably in a community mental health setting.
  • UK experience and a valid DBS check.
  • Occupational Health Clearance and Right to Work documentation.
  • Mandatory training and qualification certificates.
