About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Enterprise Architect to join our team at KPMG-UnitedKingdom. As a key member of our Cloud Architecture team, you will play a critical role in helping us deliver our business strategy through technology.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cloud Architecture
    • Design and implement cloud architecture solutions using Azure
    • Develop and maintain extensive knowledge of cloud architecture design principles
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cloud architecture aligns with business strategy
  • Technology Governance
    • Chair Cloud Design Authority and participate in technology assurance process
    • Ensure legacy technology is decommissioned to manage technical debt
    • Support selection and implementation of enterprise architecture tools
  • Roadmaps and Solutions
    • Develop technology roadmaps for KPMG Capabilities
    • Engage with public cloud vendors to understand technology roadmaps and identify opportunities
    • Ensure capability roadmaps align with business strategy and digital strategy
Requirements
  • Essential
    • Proven expert knowledge of cloud architecture design relating to Azure
    • Strong understanding of IaaS, PaaS, SaaS, cloud hosting, and integration technologies
    • Experience of cloud monitoring, provisioning, orchestration management, and DevSecOps
    • Business-focused with ability to communicate with technical and business stakeholders
  • Desirable
    • Knowledge of AWS and GCP
    • Experience of M365
    • Cloud advocacy skills
