Role Overview:

The Recruitment Strategy Lead will be pivotal in steering the approach and implementation of Talent Acquisition, focusing on recruitment and the organization’s employer branding. This position will report directly to the People and Culture Director.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert consultation across all facets of Talent Acquisition, from workforce planning to onboarding.
  • Utilize relevant data to enhance processes and improve the candidate experience.
  • Collaborate with the Inclusion Manager to engage and positively influence underrepresented groups in the workplace.

Candidate Profile:

The ideal candidate will lead a dedicated team, working closely with colleagues to fulfill all recruitment needs. You will be enthusiastic about joining a new People & Culture team that aims to foster high-performing teams and support the organization through its transformation journey.

You should possess a current understanding of recruitment methodologies, campaign development, and be adept at responding to customer needs in a fast-paced environment. A strong commitment to supporting mental health and wellbeing is essential as you contribute to the organization’s strategic goals.
