About the Role:
GCB Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Valuer to join our team on a self-employed basis. As a Sales Valuer, you will be responsible for providing accurate market valuations for potential seller's properties based on the best available data and comparable property sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough property valuations and provide detailed reports to clients
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Stay up-to-date with market trends and industry developments
- Work closely with the central support team to ensure seamless communication and coordination
- Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals
Requirements:
- Proven experience in property valuation and sales
- Excellent knowledge of the local property market and industry trends
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Full driver's license and access to a vehicle for business purposes
What We Offer:
- A competitive OTE of £50,000 - £60,000 Year 1
- A 3-month guarantee/retainer
- Full training and support

Working Hours:
This is a home-based role, but you would be required to work full-time hours.
