Food and Beverage Attendant - Events

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Food and Beverage Attendant to join our team at Royal Lancaster London Hotel. As a key member of our Food and Beverage department, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service to our guests and contributing to the success of our events.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with the set-up and preparation of events, including room setup, food and beverage service, and bar operations.
  • Provide exceptional service to guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Work collaboratively with the events team to ensure seamless execution of events.
  • Maintain a high level of personal appearance and hygiene, adhering to departmental grooming standards.
  • Be flexible and adaptable, working a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
