Travel Consultant Role

We are seeking a skilled Travel Consultant to join our team at Search, a leading award-winning Travel company based in Bognor Regis. As a Travel Consultant, you will be responsible for handling travel and Coach Tour bookings, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting customers throughout their journey.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Be the first point of contact for customers, handling initial enquiries and ensuring a seamless customer experience
  • Handle sales calls for Coach Tours, holidays, day excursions, and cruises, providing expert advice and guidance
  • Support with reporting and data analysis to drive business growth
  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service
Requirements:
  • Experience within the travel industry, with a focus on selling cruising and worldwide tailor-made holidays
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt to different customer needs
  • Confident in using Microsoft applications and able to work independently
  • Ability to take initiative and work collaboratively as part of a team
