About the Role:

As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of restaurant crew members to deliver outstanding customer service and achieve sales targets. You will be the face of the restaurant, ensuring that every customer has a positive experience and that our high standards are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate a team of restaurant crew members to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service
  • Manage restaurant operations, including inventory management, scheduling, and employee development
  • Monitor and control costs, ensuring that the restaurant is operating efficiently and effectively
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Collaborate with other restaurant managers to achieve business objectives and share best practices

Requirements:
