Position - Project Coordination Specialist

Primary Responsibilities
- Support the Project Manager with all administrative tasks and workflows
- Track project progress, ensuring all components are aligned and moving forward
- Prepare, organize, and disseminate all project documentation
- Monitor budget projections and identify potential risks or challenges
- Participate in project meetings and document minutes and action items
- Evaluate and report on project performance against established KPIs
Required Qualifications / Experience / Personal Attributes
- Experience in a Project Administrator role or similar position
- Strong time management abilities
- Qualification in Business Administration
