{"About the Role": "We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our team as an Executive Search Consultant. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying, communicating with, and managing candidates on behalf of our clients.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a highly respected recruitment company with 15 years of specialist experience in the Executive search sector.

Key Responsibilities:

* Thoroughly search all databases available to identify top talent
* Work with external researchers and outsources to gain referrals and recommendations
* Pro-actively approach suitable candidates
* Manage communication with candidates, including phone, video, and face-to-face interviews
* Run pre-screening and competency interviews on behalf of our clients to identify compatibility with their vacancies
* Monitor and track your activity to deliver valuable market insights

What We Offer:

* Basic salary up to £40,000 per annum
* Plus 33% commission on fees that start at £20k and go up to £50k
* Work from home 2 days per week
* No KPI's
