At Zachary Daniels, we are seeking an experienced and motivated Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our team. As an Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will play a key role in the success of our restaurant by providing exceptional customer service, managing the performance of our sales team, and driving retail sales and performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Represent the brand at all times and maintain a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
- Manage the performance of all sales team members, providing coaching and development opportunities to ensure they meet and exceed targets.
- Drive retail sales and performance by working closely with the management team to implement effective sales strategies.
