Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced and dedicated Family Solicitor to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in family law and excellent communication skills to handle sensitive matters with care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet with clients to discuss their family law issues, providing clear and empathetic advice.
- Handle a diverse caseload of family law matters, including divorce, separation, child custody, and financial settlements.
- Represent clients in court proceedings, ensuring their interests are effectively advocated.
- Draft and review legal documents such as agreements, petitions, and court applications.
Requirements:
- Qualified Solicitor with experience in Family Law (Scots Law).
- Previous experience managing a family law caseload is essential.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle sensitive matters with care.
- Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
